Meet Our Physicians
Melissa J. Bentley
Dr. Melissa Bentley is a board-certified internal medicine physician with special interests in preventive health/wellness care, geriatric medicine, non-malignant hematology, and general adult medicine.
She graduated valedictorian from Weber State University with her bachelor’s degree in Zoology. Upon completion, she attended the University of Utah School of Medicine where she earned her medical degree and completed an internal medicine residency.
In her spare time, Dr. Bentley enjoys hiking, running, reading, playing the piano, cooking, and traveling.
Kathleen DeRemer, MD
Dr. Kathleen DeRemer is a board-certified internal medicine and has been practicing medicine for more for than 35 years.
She graduated from Jackson College of Tufts University with her bachelor’s degree and pursued her medical degree at Robert Woods Johnson Medical College. Upon completion, she headed to the University of Southern California Medical Center where she finished her internship and residency program.
In her spare time, Dr. DeRemer enjoys taking care of her horses.

Samuel J. Otto, M.D.
Urologist
Dr. Samuel Otto was born in Madison, Wisconsin and completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Wisconsin/Madison. He attended Medical School at the University of Wisconsin/Madison and completed his Internship at York Hospital, York Pennsylvania. Dr Otto completed his Residency at the York Hospital in General Surgery and the Medical College of Wisconsin in Integrated Urological Residency. He retired form the US Air Force as a Major, Flight Surgeon. Dr Otto is board certified in adult and pediatric urology and has been named the “Top Ten Docs - Urology”, Milwaukie Magazine, Poll of Milwaukee Physicians in 1996 and 2000.
Richard J. Herold, M.D., FACP
Dr. Richard J. Herold is a board-certified internal medicine physician with special interests in cardiovascular disease and disease prevention. He graduated Summa Cum Laude with his medical degree from St. Louis University School of Medicine. Upon graduation, he completed his internal medicine residency at the St. Louis University Group Hospitals.
In his spare time, Dr. Herold enjoys fly fishing, skiing, biking and traveling.
